A gadget that I could use
This Powerseed device is an eating metronome.It emits a beep every few seconds, telling you when you're allowed to take another bite of food. Then every five minutes or so, it emits another tone, at which time you're supposed to pause and consider whether you're full or not.
To anyone who has nearly lost a finger at one of my feeding times -- I'm sure you understand.
