Lacing your shoes
From Gizmodo -> LifeHacker:Some people have far too much time on their hands. Some guy has made a website discussing many ways to lace and tie your shoes.
Some of them are quite neat, and I especially like his "Ian's Knot." I need to try it out some time... I am always the last person out the door because I take so long to tie my shoes.
